Pinball Sheep

Pacing the halls and bouncing off walls

is a lousy way to pass the time

Locked in your head with a feeling of dread

drains the heart and the mind

Nothing will change if you if you cannot rearrange

the thoughts inside your head

On the journey of the heart you must embark

and you need to get your butt outta bed

Change your setting and stop forgetting

those things that you need to do

For its all up to you and you CAN see it through

but now its time to dig deep

For we all need to wake up, and then shake it up,

if we don’t wish to remain sheep!
